Dashboards

ZenTutor Pro provides dedicated dashboards for three user roles: Students, Tutors, and Admins. Each dashboard is designed to offer role-specific functionalities to ensure a seamless teaching and learning experience.

Student Dashboard​

The Student Dashboard allows students to:

  • Enroll in Courses & Bundles – Students can sign up for individual courses or purchase bundles (a collection of courses) at a discounted rate set by the admin.

  • Manage Payments – Students can upload payment receipts for their enrolled courses.

    • Live Courses require monthly payments for continued access.
    • Video Courses require a one-time payment for lifetime access.

Tutor Dashboard​

The Tutor Dashboard provides powerful tools for educators, including:

  • Course & Lesson Management – Create, update, and organize courses.
  • Lesson Scheduling – Plan live sessions or upload pre-recorded video lessons.
  • View Earnings – View the earnings for the courses owned by the tutor.

Admin Dashboard​

The Admin Dashboard offers full control over platform management, including:

  • Payment Management – Generate monthly payment entries for students with active enrollments.
  • Approve Payment Receipts – Review and approve student payment uploads.
  • Course & Bundle Management – Create, edit, and manage courses and bundles efficiently.
  • User Management – Update and block users also switch user roles.
  • Enrollment Management – Track and manage student enrollments for courses and bundles.
  • Platform Settings – Configure global settings, including payment options, system preferences, and access controls.
