Adhithi Ltd offers software consultancy and product development services. The scope of services, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement between Adhithi Ltd and the client.

3. Confidentiality

Adhithi Ltd acknowledges the sensitive nature of client information and commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and proprietary information. Both parties agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Adhithi Ltd, including but not limited to software code, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Adhithi Ltd unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Adhithi Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. Adhithi Ltd may also terminate services if the client fails to make timely payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adhithi Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Adhithi Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
